Terms of Service

CaeliVault provides digital forensics, cybersecurity investigation, and incident response services to individual consumers. Our services include device analysis, stalkerware detection, account compromise investigation, data breach assessment, and identity theft investigation.

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scope, deliverables, and turnaround times are confirmed at the time of case intake.

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services. By submitting a case, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of, or have explicit authorisation to submit, any device, account, or data provided for investigation.

CaeliVault services may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to investigate individuals without their consent where such investigation would be unlawful, to facilitate harassment or stalking, or for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Submitting a case intake form does not constitute a binding engagement. A case is formally opened only upon written confirmation from CaeliVault and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to decline any case at our sole discretion, including cases that appear to involve unlawful intent, fall outside our service scope, or present a conflict of interest.

Service fees are communicated prior to case commencement. Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit requirements will be specified in your case confirmation.

Fees are non-refundable once investigative work has commenced, except where CaeliVault is unable to deliver the agreed scope through no fault of the client.

Turnaround times stated on our website are estimates based on standard case complexity. Actual delivery may vary depending on the volume and condition of evidence provided.

Final reports are delivered in plain-language format and, where applicable, in a format suitable for use in legal proceedings. CaeliVault does not guarantee any particular legal outcome.

CaeliVault treats all case information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your identity, case details, or findings to any third party except where required by law or court order.

You agree to keep any non-public information shared by CaeliVault during the engagement — including methodologies, tools, and analyst communications — confidential.

CaeliVault's liability in connection with any case is limited to the fees paid for that case. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services or findings.

Our reports represent the professional opinion of our analysts based on available evidence. CaeliVault does not warrant that findings are exhaustive or that all threats have been identified.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and methodology descriptions — is the property of CaeliVault and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Final investigation reports delivered to clients are licensed for the client's personal and legal use. They may not be resold, published, or distributed without prior written consent.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

We may update these terms from time to time. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
